All product offers are subject to availability and valid only while stocks last. If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, the customer will be informed as soon as reasonably practicable. All prices are displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include all applicable taxes. Delivery within Switzerland:Free standard shipping on orders over CHF 100.00.For orders below CHF 100.00, a shipping fee of CHF 9.00 applies. International delivery (EU and Rest of the World):Standard shipping (EU): CHF 15.00–25.00.Standard shipping (Rest of the World): CHF 25.00–40.00.Estimated delivery time: 3–6 business days (EU), 5–10 business days (Rest of the World).Any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Swiss public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and do not constitute a binding commitment. MAITRI ESSENTIALS cannot be held liable for delays attributable to the carrier, periods of high shipping volumes, customs procedures, or any other events beyond its reasonable control. A tracking number will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the customer upon delivery of the order to the carrier, unless mandatory applicable law provides otherwise. If the shipment is delivered without a signature and is deposited at the delivery address or another location designated by the customer or the carrier, MAITRI ESSENTIALS shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage occurring after such delivery.

MAITRI ESSENTIALS voluntarily grants customers a 10-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the products, subject to the following conditions: The products must be new, unused, and undamaged.The products must not have been opened, used, modified, or altered.The products must be returned in their original packaging. The cost of returning the products shall be borne by the customer.

In the event of a valid withdrawal: - The customer may request either an exchange or a refund.- Any refund is limited to the purchase price of the product(s).- The original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law. For customers residing in the European Union, any mandatory statutory right of withdrawal applicable under Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, as amended, shall remain unaffected.Products that are returned incomplete, damaged, or showing signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning may not be eligible for a full refund or exchange, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

In the event that a product is defective or a delivery error is attributable to MAITRI ESSENTIALS, the cost of return shipping shall be borne by MAITRI ESSENTIALS. Before returning any product, the customer must contact MAITRI ESSENTIALS customer service to obtain return instructions. Returns made without prior authorization or without following the provided instructions may not be accepted.

Promotional offers, sales, and special campaigns are valid while stocks last and only for the period specified. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions may not be combined with other offers, discounts, or benefits. MAITRI ESSENTIALS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All products shall remain the property of MAITRI ESSENTIALS until full payment of the purchase price, including all applicable fees, taxes, and other charges, has been received, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Until title passes to the customer, the customer shall not sell, pledge, transfer, or otherwise dispose of the products in a manner that would prejudice MAITRI ESSENTIALS’s ownership rights, except as permitted by applicable law.

MAITRI ESSENTIALS shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations where such failure or delay results from a force majeure event or any other circumstance beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, war, strikes, pandemics, transportation disruptions, or interruptions in telecommunications or utility services.

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, excluding its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these GTC, including their interpretation, validity, or performance, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Canton of Solothurn, Switzerland, subject to any mandatory provisions of applicable law. For customers residing in the European Union, any mandatory consumer protection rights and jurisdictional rights granted under the applicable laws of their country of residence shall remain unaffected by this clause.
